We are convinced that a balanced and tasty Mediterranean diet has a very important influence on our health and general well-being. Besides, we can assure you with a clear conscience that “eating healthy” does not mean foregoing pleasure – we too enjoy a glass of red wine and a little sweet treat now and then. The focus of the dishes is on refined salads and tasty vegetable and wholemeal dishes. Accompanied by fish, seafood or poultry. Some cheese to finish and/or a mini dessert. Ursula usually prepares a selection of recipes each evening so that every participant, including vegetarians, can find their happiness.
