Healthy, delicious Mediterranean cuisine is our signature. Cooking is our passion and we’re never short of ideas. During our gourmet days, we get particularly creative and try out new combinations and recipes. The emphasis is on vegetarian dishes or Ayurvedic influences, or simply recipes that we like to try out on our own. For customers who prefer a vegetarian diet and are curious to try out new recipe ideas for themselves, the gourmet days are a real treat. The good company with like-minded people at the table d’hôtes makes the stay special. During the day, everyone makes their own programme, according to their preference.

Details of the special offer (Assumption and Pentecost 2025)

The ‘Journées gourmandes’ rate applies to stays between Monday, 26 May and Monday, 9 June 2025. Minimum 3 and maximum 14 nights.

If you book at least 3 nights’ half-board, you will receive a 33% discount on the basic rate for a bed and breakfast room or holiday rental.

You can travel alone, in pairs or with your family. It goes without saying that you can stay for more than 3 days. We calculate the 33% discount on the basic rate for the entire duration of your stay in the guest room or the basic nightly rate in the gîte. It sounds complicated, but it’s logical, transparent and generous.

The exact price depends on the configuration of your “family” or whether you are travelling as a solotraveller or as a couple?

To calculate the price we need to know how many adults/children are travelling. And the age of the children. And of course the comfort you choose or that is available – a double room or a flat with 2 bathrooms…

Contact us and we will calculate your rate. We have 3 examples attached:

Example Solotraveller 5 nights
Single room (small): Rate 545 euro instead of 720 euro. Plus tourist tax.

Example couple 3 nights:
Double room (large): Rate 484 euro instead of 609 euro. Plus tourist tax.

Example family 4 nights: (2 adults, 2 children, age of children 7 and 9)
Studio Flamants roses: Rate 1052 euros instead of 1227 euros. Plus tourist tax.


Payment: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. A further deposit of 30% is due 60 days before arrival. The final 50% is due 30 days before arrival.

Standard cancellation: cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, a charge of 50% is made for cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before arrival, and a charge of 100% is made for cancellations made between 1 and 29 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation, we will immediately put your place up for sale and only charge the fee if we have not been able to resell your place. However, we recommend that you take out travel insurance in case of exceptional events such as illness or accident.


Envie de Sud is 100% non-smoking inside and out. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the terrace in front of the house (rue Broussan).

In the family room ‘Mas en ville’ and in the small private studio ‘Bonheur’ we accept a small dog (except July & August). The dog does not have access to the dining room or the garden.
